Marriage.

New Posting!!!!!!!

Hello, everyone! Its been a while. During this time of silence for me, I have been given the opportunity to hear from the Lord. The Lord has placed a message for the people of Christ in my heart. That message is regarding marriage. Marriage is being threatened in our churches at a higher rate than the world. Why? Many of us may be in a situation where divorce may seem like the answer or even separation, although the Word of God speaks about separation being good, it also talks about reconciliation to the one separated from. There are specific words of wisdom regarding marriage that are contained in the Word of God. I want to share a few of that with you and encourage you to continue the good fight especially those who may be going thru some difficult times in their marriage. Scripture quotes that God hates divorce. Scripture also quotes how husbands are to love their wives as Christ loves the church. What does this all mean? Nowhere in the Word of God is marriage a requirement of any sort. In fact its a choice. That commitment to one another is like the commitment between Christ and us the church. Not one of us is deserving of receiving Jesus the bridegroom, yet despite the flaws in the bride(church) the bridegroom is still going to unite with us the bride. Just as Jesus knows the faults and shortcomings of the church(you and I) the bride, he still intends to love us unconditionally. That is the type of love we are to have for each other in marriage. To experience and fulfill this type of love we must truly understand that love thru Jesus Christ. Jesus is supposed to be the head of our husbands, this allows husbands to be effective heads over their wives. This would result in husbands and wives being fulfilled by one another. This is all biblical. But the order of the headships must be aligned before the solid ground for a good marriage could be built on. If you come into marriage this way you started good if you dont then you will have your problems until this alignment occurs in your marriage. When Paul addressed the situation during his time he covered a lot of simple basics for marriage using the Word of God. He also mentions the results of the choice of marriage and the heartaches and pains that comes with it. See scripture references below.

1 Corinthians 7
Principles of Marriage
1 Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me:
It is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2 Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 3 Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. 4The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. 5 Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 6 But I say this as a concession, not as a commandment. 7 For I wish that all men were even as I myself. But each one has his own gift from God, one in this manner and another in that.
8 But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am; 9 but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
Keep Your Marriage Vows

10 Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. 11 But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.
12 But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. 13 And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. 14For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. 15 But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace. 16 For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?
Live as You Are Called

17 But as God has distributed to each one, as the Lord has called each one, so let him walk. And so I ordain in all the churches. 18Was anyone called while circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Was anyone called while uncircumcised? Let him not be circumcised. 19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters. 20Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called. 21Were you called while a slave? Do not be concerned about it; but if you can be made free, rather use it. 22 For he who is called in the Lord while a slave is the Lord’s freedman. Likewise he who is called while free is Christ’s slave. 23 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men. 24 Brethren, let each one remain with God in that state in which he was called.
To the Unmarried and Widows

25 Now concerning virgins: I have no commandment from the Lord; yet I give judgment as one whom the Lord in His mercy has made trustworthy. 26 I suppose therefore that this is good because of the present distress—that it is good for a man to remain as he is: 27 Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek to be loosed. Are you loosed from a wife? Do not seek a wife. 28 But even if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. Nevertheless such will have trouble in the flesh, but I would spare you.
29 But this I say, brethren, the time is short, so that from now on even those who have wives should be as though they had none, 30 those who weep as though they did not weep, those who rejoice as though they did not rejoice, those who buy as though they did not possess, 31 and those who use this world as not misusing it. For the form of this world is passing away.
32 But I want you to be without care. He who is unmarried cares for the things of the Lord—how he may please the Lord. 33 But he who is married cares about the things of the world—how he may please his wife. 34 There is[a] a difference between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she who is married cares about the things of the world—how she may please her husband. 35 And this I say for your own profit, not that I may put a leash on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction.
36 But if any man thinks he is behaving improperly toward his virgin, if she is past the flower of youth, and thus it must be, let him do what he wishes. He does not sin; let them marry. 37 Nevertheless he who stands steadfast in his heart, having no necessity, but has power over his own will, and has so determined in his heart that he will keep his virgin,[b] does well. 38 So then he who gives her[c] in marriage does well, but he who does not give her in marriage does better.
39 A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband dies, she is at liberty to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord. 40 But she is happier if she remains as she is, according to my judgment—and I think I also have the Spirit of God.

Matthew 19

Marriage and Divorce
1 Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these sayings, thatHe departed from Galilee and came to the region of Judea beyond the Jordan. 2 And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them there.
3 The Pharisees also came to Him, testing Him, and saying to Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?”
4 And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made[a]them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’[b]5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?[c] 6So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
7 They said to Him, “Why then did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?”
8 He said to them, “Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. 9 And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality,[d] and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.”
10 His disciples said to Him, “If such is the case of the man with hiswife, it is better not to marry.”

Mark 10

Marriage and Divorce
1 Then He arose from there and came to the region of Judea by the other side of the Jordan. And multitudes gathered to Him again, and as He was accustomed, He taught them again.
2 The Pharisees came and asked Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?” testing Him.
3 And He answered and said to them, “What did Moses command you?”
4 They said, “Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to dismiss her.”
5 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. 6 But from the beginning of the creation, God ‘made them male and female.’[a] 7 ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, 8and the two shall become one flesh’;[b] so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
10 In the house His disciples also asked Him again about the samematter. 11 So He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her. 12 And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”

Malachi 2:16
16 “ For the LORD God of Israel says
      That He hates divorce,
For it covers one’s garment with violence,”
      Says the LORD of hosts.

All scriptures taken from NKJV Version.

I cant explain the Word of God any better than it is explained already regarding marriage. All we have to do is pray and read his Word. Its all in there. I am not judging anyone who has been divorced or may be headed towards one, all I am doing is sharing with you the blueprint for a successful marriage. Sometimes God gives us multiple opportunities to get it right, eventually when we follow his guidelines we achieve his best in marriage. Whether its a first time success or practice makes perfect situation God is a restorer of what was once broken. When we get it right, we will know in our marriage. God bless You! Keep fighting, families are about to be restored.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming are you ready?

Foundation of the Church thru Faith. {Edited}

New Posting!!!!!!!

Its amazing that the foundations of the church was built on Peter. Peter rebuked Jesus when Jesus had told the disciples about his death. Peter also denied knowing Jesus three times, yet he was the one that Jesus built his house upon. Why? Because Peter believed something by faith. He believed in something that man did not tell him, not even Jesus. Jesus had asked his disciples " Who do you say that I am"? Peter responded saying that you are the Son of the Living God. Jesus responded by saying "Blessed are you for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven". This is why the foundations of the church was built, it was built upon Peters faith. The Word of God says that without faith it is impossible to please God. Peter pleased God by his faith, thus resulting in the church of God being built on the faith of Peter.

After Jesus was crucified and resurrected from the dead, he had appeared to many people. Some believed in him and some did not. Thomas also known as doubting Thomas and one of the disciples, chose to live by sight and not faith. In the Word it talks about how we live and walk by faith and not by sight. After many had told Thomas that Jesus is risen, Thomas chose to say, " Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe".

Thomas by saying this chose to live by sight and not by faith. We already know that without faith it is impossible to please God. So this choice by Thomas did not Please God. After 8 days had went by after Jesus death, Jesus appeared to Thomas saying," Reach your finger here, and look at my hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into my side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing". Then Thomas answered emphatically, " My Lord and my God!" then Jesus responded,(probably shaking his head at Thomas) and said, " Thomas, because you have seen me you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed". Jesus was basically saying that those who have faith are blessed as opposed to those that must see everything to believe. Faith comes by hearing, not by sight.

How many of us are in and out of our Faith in Jesus? How many of us need to see it before we believe it? How many of us read the word of God (see) and don't hear (Faith) the Word of God? Our aim is to please God! Faith allows us to hear the Voice of God. Faith allows us to hear by Faith the will of God in our lives. Not one of us living today has lived during the times of Jesus. Not one of us living today visibly seen with our own eyes and witnessed the death and resurrection of Jesus. But we heard about it! We read about it! The Good News continues to be spread! Its up to you to wait and see it to believe it. Until then, we believe by Faith and that allows us to hear the Good News of Jesus and receive him as the Son of God.

I can go on and on and on........... But I think you got the message.

Hebrews 11: 6
6: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God
must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek
him.

Romans 10:17
17: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

2 Corinthians 5:7
7: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Matthew 16:13-20
13: When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his
disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14: And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and
others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15: He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16: And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the
living God.
17: And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for
flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in
heaven.
18: And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will
build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19: And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever
thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt
loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
20: Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus
the Christ.

Matthew 26: 33-35, 66-75

33: Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because
of thee, yet will I never be offended.
34: Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the
cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
35: Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny
thee. Likewise also said all the disciples.

66: What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.
67: Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with
the palms of their hands,
68: Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?
69: Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying,
Thou also wast with Jesus of Galilee.
70: But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what thou sayest.
71: And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto
them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth.
72: And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.
73: And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter,
Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee.
74: Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And
immediately the cock crew.
75: And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock
crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.

John 20:24-31
24: But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus
came.
25: The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he
said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put
my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will
not believe.
26: And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them:
then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace
be unto you.
27: Then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and
reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but
believing.
28: And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29: Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed:
blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
30: And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which
are not written in this book:
31: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the
Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Hebrews 11:1
1: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things
not seen.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

WEDDING INVITATION !!!

New Posting!!!!!!!

The Lord is restoring a church. He is preparing the bride to walk down the aisle for the greatest wedding of all time. He is drawing all man unto him. Many will arrive at the wedding on time, and many will arrive late, but all would have received the invitation. We will all bear witness to this feast and partake of the sweetness of wine and the eating of fine bread. Till the wedding we are being prepared as we gather in love and unity as one with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as we are united with him at this magnificent wedding of host.

God is Love, it is the opposite of hate which was the enmity placed separating two seeds from the beginning when planted. The greatest commandment is to love one another as we love God. We cannot claim to love God but have no love for each other. Its impossible. Because God is Love, this is what he says to do towards one another, love ( the display of God) towards one another, despite the fairness in our natural mind. We understand this type of love by God thru his son Jesus who shed his blood on the cross for our sins for eternal salvation. When that Love is understood and received for ourselves personally, we then are able thru loving one another, be unified as one in Christ. To truly love one another, judgement towards one another must cease. Judgement towards one another creates conditional love, but true love in Christ is unconditional. A love only found thru Jesus. Its pure love. Righteous love. A love that God can only be. Hallelujah! Glory be to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, for it is at this wedding we are being prepared as the bride for Christ, for it is our wedding with Jesus that we are being swiftly prepared for.

Matthew 22:36-40 (King James Version)

36Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38This is the first and great commandment.
39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Matthew 7:1-2 (King James Version)

1Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

1 John 4:5-21 (King James Version)

5They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
7Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
13Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
14And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
16And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
19We love him, because he first loved us.
20If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Revelation 21:1-2 (King James Version)

1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Romans 14:11 (King James Version)

11For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

New Posting!!!!!!!

God gave us a simple task, that we as man or woman has complicated achieving difficult results. That simple task is Jesus. Great things happen when its all about Jesus. Something just happens at the simple uttering of the name Jesus. Jesus is what holds all things together, without him we are lost. If it doesn't start with Jesus, we are missing the key to all understanding. It says in the Word of God that no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. No man has ever seen God, that is because he is almighty and powerful and we as man are incapable and unworthy of withstanding the power and presence of God. But by his Son Jesus we gain access to the Father. Its like a power outlet. The outlet get its power from the main source, but you cannot plug into the main source because its to powerful to withstand. But thru the outlet we are plugged into the source and the equipment plugged in receives its energy from the source by being plugged in to the outlet. The main source is God and thru the outlet (Jesus) the equipment (meaning you and I) receives the energy (Holy Spirit) from the source thru the outlet to power on. The Holy Spirit is the power within us that we gain thru Jesus which was declared by the Father. But it all starts with Jesus. Jesus is the only way. There is no other way but Jesus. I just wanted to share this word to all because sometimes we need to be reminded that it all starts with Jesus. Jesus is the Firstfruit of the tree of life and when we eat from the fruit of Jesus we have eaten from the tree of life. Jesus is life. Jesus is truth. Jesus is the connection to eternity. God bless you all.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

John 1:18 (King James Version)

18No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

John 14:6 (King James Version)

6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Colossians 1:15-18 (New King James Version)

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Terms of employment! Fields of treasures!

New Posting!!!!!!!

2 Thessalonians 3: 10

10: For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not
work, neither should he eat.

What does this mean? Many have a misconception of what was meant with this part of scripture. Many of us feel that if we do not have a job, then we should not eat. Its one thing to be healthy and not working, its another thing to be lazy and not working. Even the healthy and lazy who do not work seems to still eat? There are many who may be on welfare without a job and still are able to eat. Then you have some who are wealthy and really don't need to work and they still eat. Why? Many have a job and they make good money and are able to eat. Some people have lost their jobs, does that mean that they should no longer be able to eat? Some people have their jobs taken from them because the Lord has a specific plan in their lives. Does this mean that  you should not continue to eat because one may no longer have a job? Absolutely not. Whatever job one may have does not necessarily mean that he is entitled to eat! Whatever job we have was a blessing from God to do the work of God in the area of our employment, careers, jobs, etc.... The Lord loves that we have jobs to take care of ourselves and family, but that is not the work that entitles us to eat. The work he is talking about is making fishers of men. Its a work that means to find the hidden treasures in the field and bring them to know Jesus. You can do this at your area of employment without being in any form of structured ministry. Our work is a work of the Lord, not a work from man.

In Matthew 13: 44 it says
44: Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which
when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that
he hath, and buyeth that field.

Our area of employment, whatever that may be is the field where hidden treasures are located. The hidden treasures are the lost souls of man. Most of the lost souls are hidden in the fields in the world or at our area of employment. Our jobs is to find these hidden treasures and make them unhidden. how do we do that? Simply by preaching the Gospel of Jesus. This is the work that if we do not do, we do not eat. It has nothing to do with having a job at a specific company or a specific career. Wherever we are blessed to work, The Lord wants us to buy the field and find whats hidden and bring them to Christ. When we find whats hidden and bring them to Christ the more of the field you will be able to own. The more fields you own, the more hidden treasures we will find.

In the world you may be asked what field are you in? Or if you are in school what field are you studying for?

Well according to the Word of God, our fields of employment are where the lost souls are. We are to locate the hidden treasures in the field and bring them to Christ.

Whether you are working or not! our jobs is to find the hidden treasures in the field.

If we are unwilling to do this job for the Lord, then we should be unable to eat. Simple!

Let no man deceive you into thinking that if you do not have a job, then you will not eat. Many of us don't have a job, but we are still looking for the hidden treasures in the field, then you have some who have jobs
and could care less of the hidden treasures in the field!

Who do you think should be able to eat?

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

A sure thing in an unsure world!

New Posting!!!!!!! A letter worth sharing!

Dear Milford,

It's an uncertain world out there. Maybe you're struggling and scared and wondering what's next.

But here's a sure thing you can hold onto...

God never changes (Hebrews 13:8). The spiritual truths God gave His people thousands of years ago never change--they are as meaningful and as powerful as ever!

In Exodus 25 God provided a blueprint to build a Tabernacle--a "Tent of Meeting" --so His people could enter His presence to thank Him, praise Him and behold His glory.

The way to get what you need is by placing yourself in God's presence. His presence provides thesupernatural power in our lives!

You can celebrate God's presence and thank Him with your sacrificial gift toward the ministry of Breakthrough and "prove God now herewith," and see if the Lord won't open the windows of Heaven on your behalf (see Malachi 3:10). The Feast of Tabernacles is the last celebration of the year when a sacrificial offering is given as a memorial unto the Lord.

Together, let's dedicate ourselves to walking in the presence of the Lord.

When the Israelites sought the presence of God, they found it in The Holy of Holies, the most sacred chamber of the Tabernacle. Let me unlock its mysteries so you understand the importance of its ancient truths in your life today...

The Holy of Holies is at the center of the Tabernacle. God desires to be at the center of our lives! This room holds The Ark of the Covenant, which represents Jesus Christ.

In accordance with God's instructions in Exodus 25:10-11, the Ark is built of wood, representing Jesus Christ's humanity, and overlaid with pure gold--His divinity. Inside the Ark are three items:

  • Aaron's rod signifies the resurrection power of Jesus Christ...for your marriage, your relationships and your bank account. Nothing is beyond the resurrection power of Jesus Christ!
  • The stone tablets of the Ten Commandments represent the Living Word--Jesus Christ.Does the Word of God have a place in the center of your life?
  • The jar of manna symbolizes God's provision and Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life, who says, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty" (John 6:35, NIV).
The Ark of the Covenant sits directly beneath two cherubim that look down on the Mercy Seat, where the blood of the sacrifice was sprinkled for the sins of the people. The blood that Jesus Christ shed cancels your sin and gives you eternal life!

Do you need God's power in your life? Then come into His presence...it never changes! I believe entering God's presence is so important. Will you thank Him with your sacrificial gift for the Feast of Tabernacles?

We must be like the Bereans! The Berean Call!

New Posting!!!!!!!

Acts 17:10-12

10: And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea:
who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
11: These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the
word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether
those things were so.
12: Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks,
and of men, not a few.

So many of us listen to messages from Gods messengers without verifying what is said with the Word of God.
So many of us can quote man and not scripture. So many believe the messenger because of the confidence in their talk regarding what they are saying, that they don't verify what is said with the scriptures. When a man of God speaks we should all be like the Bereans who had enough sense to verify what Paul and Silas were saying with the scriptures. They received what they had to say with a eager and ready mind, but they searched the scriptures daily for verification. That is what the Lord wants us to do today and beyond. Because the Bereans and the surrounding ears that listened to Paul and Silas verified what was said in the scriptures, they were able to believe what came out of the mouths of these men with no compromise. That is why sound doctrine is no longer sound. We tend to listen to the sound of man and not the sound of Gods Word. We tend to verify with man what comes from man without seeking God for the answers. Everyone has a different walk with God which will result in a different talk from God. We all know the saying " You have to walk the walk, to talk the talk". Well your walk determines your talk. Simple! So the next time a messenger from God speaks, receive it with an open mind, but verify with the scriptures. It is the only source of truth. Let all those who have an ear, let them hear. Thus sayeth the Lord.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready? - Don't take my word for it, verify it in the Word of God!

Long hair in the Bible!

New Posting!!!!!!!

1 Corinthians 11:1-16 {KJV}
1: Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
2: Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the
ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
3: But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head
of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
4: Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his
head.
5: But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered
dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
6: For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame
for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
7: For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image
and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
8: For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
9: Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
10: For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the
angels.
11: Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without
the man, in the Lord.
12: For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but
all things of god.
13: Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?
14: Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is
a shame unto him?
15: But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given
her for a covering.
16: But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the
churches of God.

Written in 1991 by David Humpal

Introduction
When my youngest son was in high school, he decided to let his hair grow out. One of his Christian friends quoted to him 1 Corinthians 11:14, "Doth not even nature itself teach you that if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?" So he came to me and asked me what the Bible taught about men and long hair. This study was the answer to his request.

1. Is long hair shameful?
The one time it is mentioned in the Bible is 1 Corinthians 11:14 mentioned above. Is this a command from God? Is this just man’s opinion? What does it mean? It is plain that elsewhere in the Bible long hair is spoken of in a positive manner. Does the Bible contradict itself?

2. The Nazarite vow.
Numbers 6:5 & 7 speak of the Nazarite vows’ requirement of not cutting the hair. Most Nazarites took a vow for 100 days or less, but as the Believer’s Bible Commentary states, "In some rare cases, people were Nazarites for life – e.g. Samuel, Samson, John the Baptist." In fact Judges 16:17 specifically states Samson never had a razor touch his head. Nazarites must have had very long hair but nowhere are they condemned. They were only following God’s command. Would God in one place in the Bible encourage long hair, and then in another place condemn it?

3. Long hair praised.
In 2 Kings 1:8 the messenger’s description of a man with long hair and a leather girdle caused the king to instantly realize it was the prophet Elijah. He must have had long hair indeed. In fact the Hebrew words the servant used to describe Elijah were ba’al sa’ar which means "lord of hair." In 2 Samuel 14:25-26 Absalom’s long hair was praised for its handsome appearance and nowhere is it ever referred to as shameful. In Leviticus 19:27 God commands that men should not cut the hair on the corners of their head (NIV – "temples") or the corners of their beard. In 2 Samuel 10:4-5 Harun shaved off half the beard of David’s servants. The men were so ashamed David told them to wait at Jericho until their beards grew back and then return home. In this case, being clean-shaven was considered shameful! Psalm 133 praises the oil flowing down Aaron’s beard to his collar.

4. Greek word study.
In 1 Corinthians 11:14 the Greek word translated "long hair" is komao which means tresses of hair or locks. It comes from the root word meaning "to take care of" which indicates some kind of preparation to make the hair appear in tresses. Komao appears only three times in the Bible, and all three times are right here in the 11th chapter of 1 Corinthians. The usual word for hair is thrix. It is possible Paul is referring to some pagan practice of fixing the hair in a feminine manner, and this is what he is condemning for men, although condoning for women. Some hairstyles were considered immodest and condemned in 1 Timothy 2:9 and 1 Peter 3:3. At any rate, Paul would not teach anything contrary to the rest of scripture. The word "shame" is the Greek word "ATIMA," and is also translated "dishonor," "reproach," and "vile."

5. Conclusion.
1 Corinthians 11:13 says, "Judge for yourselves...." and verse 16 seems to imply there was no custom concerning this in the churches. It seems the interpretation is up to each individual depending on the cultural standards of their day. I think the New Bible Commentary sums up best how we should look at this issue, "To dress with decorum is a Christian principle of permanent validity for the outward appearance reflects the inner attitude. How this principle finds expression in detail will vary from place to place and from age to age."

We live in a day and age where the Body of Christ meaning todays church has allowed sin to preach from the pulpits. Not all are guilty of this, but many are. I learned in Bay Ridge Christian Center and most recently thru a prophet sent by the Lord, that prophecy means to speak the Word of God. Simply just that. A prophet is the individual that God uses to speak the Word of God. Scripture says in 2 Peter 1:20-21-
20: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private
interpretation.
21: For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of
God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

With this being said, I want to share as per the Lord what the Apostle Paul was addressing in 1 Corinthians 11:1-16.

He was addressing the Abominable act of homosexuality as many of todays leaders practice while speaking the Word of God. Many of todays churches has ordained and consecrated homosexual leaders in the House of the Lord. This is the custom not in tradition with God that Paul was addressing at that time, but the application still applies today as many denominations allow leaders to speak the Word of God(prophecy) while dishonoring their heads in practice of homosexuality. In a homosexual union, whether its man and man or woman and woman, one of the two same sexes will take on the appearance of masculinity or femininity in their same sex union. In a homosexual union involving men, one will grow his hair long to appear feminine, and in a homosexual union involving women, one will cut her hair to appear masculine. This is the dishonoring of ones head when speaking the Word of God in a abominable state of lifestyle of homosexuality. Any leader who practices this lifestyle does not have Christ as his Head and dishonors his head while speaking the Word of God in this manner. How amazing is the precision of the Word of God. Receive this for this is from the Lord, for no prophecy is new to man that wasn't already written, thus sayeth The Lord.

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

Trials and Tribulations!

New Posting!!!!!!!

You know sometimes we question what goes on in our lives and why? We often say Satan is doing this and Satan is doing that and its always Satanas or Diablo. We know that we go thru trials and tribulations, but do we really know who is dealing with us at the time we are being dealt with. I decided to search the scriptures for answers. Not even 5 minutes into my search the Lord spoke to me and said Obedience and Disobedience! What does that mean? It means that if you are living and abiding by Gods word, total submission to Gods word then the enemy has tribulations waiting for you. You see Satan knows the Word better than anyone, and he knows the Scripture says tomorrow is promised to no one, the enemy waits for his opportunity to try to deal with us so that if we were not promised tomorrow, hopefully he succeeded in your soul being lost. When you are not living by the Word, this is where we understand when it means the Lord disciplines those that he loves. Because we are all his creation, and because he loves us, he disciplines us when we are not abiding by his Word. Trials come from the Lord as disciplinary action taken against those who do not obey, Tribulations comes from Satan as disciplinary action taken against those who obey Gods Word. Simple! Obedience or Disobedience! We all have our share of Trials and Tribulations! Why? Because scripture says that All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.

This is just a small word with great impact, as per the Lord.

The Prayer- Billy Graham

New Posting!!!!!!!

Billy Graham's Prayer For Our Nation
THIS MAN SURE HAS A GOOD VIEW OF WHAT'S HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY!
'Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We have abused power and called it politics... We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment. Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and Set us free. Amen!'
Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, 'The Rest of the Story,' before he died and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired. With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called 'One nation under God..'

Letter from Rod Parsley! We all need this!!!

New Posting!!!!!!!

Dear Milford,

What is your greatest need today? Your finances? Your relationships? Your health?
Perhaps you've been praying for a miracle or for healing.
What if I told you that you DON'T need a miracle...and you DON'T need healing? The answer to your need is NOT found in the power of God...but in the presence of God!
When you place yourself in His presence every day, His power will be released into your life every day. When you have more of the presence of God in your life, you'll also have more victory!
To enter God's presence we need to follow God's Master Plan, which He revealed to the Israelitesin Exodus 25. Using God's specific instructions, the people built a Tabernacle - a Tent of Meeting - so they could enter into His presence.
Come with me as I lead you through the Old Testament Tabernacle and the rich imagery it holds for our lives in Christ. I want you to experience true worship as we "Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise" (Psalm 100:4, KJV).
The Tabernacle has three rooms, signifying how the bodythe soul and the spirit enter God's presence:
  1. The Outer Court represents the body. Here the priest washes himself with water, signifying our cleansing "with the washing of water by the word" (Ephesians 5:26, KJV). We begin this cleansing by thanking God for His blessings that we can see in our lives.
  2. The Inner Court represents the soul. This darkened room is lit only by seven candles, representing the illumination of the Word by the Holy Spirit"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path" (Psalm 119:105, KJV). If your life is full of darkness, know that God will soon illuminate a promise in His Word to strengthen your faith. Until then, keep praising Him!
  3. The Holy of Holies represents the spirit. In this most sacred place you fully enter God's presence and feel His arms around you...and no matter what difficulties you face, you are content knowing that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble"(Psalm 46:1, KJV).
God wants you to enter His presence...He's your loving Heavenly Father who wants to spend time with you every day! And no matter what challenge you're facing, when you seek more of His presence you will experience more of His power!
In Christ,
Rod Parsley

The Word

New Posting!!!!!!!

You know I had this in my heart for a little while and never really got the opportunity to share this with anyone. God has really begun a work in my life and right now it seems that the time to be released in his ministry is right around the corner. I want to share with you what the Lord has given me in tremendous detail. Its quite astounding and magnificent.

The reason we have so many ideologies, theologies, religions, and all other sorts of baals is because man for so long has interpreted the scripture with the natural mind. Thus resulting in mans opinion of the word and not THE WORD. When we read the word we must pray and ask God to allow the Holy Spirit within us to receive and interpret the word for the way it is written and not what we believe it to say in the flesh. Its a very serious problem and has been for a very long time. The Bible tells us that all Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial.

2 Peter 1:20-21 says, "Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit."

1 Corinthians 2:13 states, "This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words." God impressed man with His message, then the individual author, using his own style of expression based on his personal, educational, and cultural resources put the message into words.

Romans 10:8 phrased it this way: ". . .The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart. . ." God communicated to the author the content that He wanted written, and the author phrased the content with his skill, style, mind, and language. We can be certain that, although the very words came from each author, the message was as God had intended and is authentic, reliable, and infallible.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 reads, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Colossians 3:16 admonishes us to "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God."

Now these scriptures are in books that are in the Bible, but the scriptures doesnt narrow scripture down to the BIBLE as the sole totality of the WORD OF GOD.

John 21:24-25 'This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Yahshua did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.' (also mentioned in Daniel)

Ecclesiastes 1:18 'For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth in knowledge increaseth sorrow.'(I truly understand this verse)

Now with that being said, thru the list below the list grows. When these books are read it mentions other books in the same manner we find in the books of the BIBLE. The same way we pray to the Lord and ask us to receive and interpret scripture, we do the same for these other books or what I like to call it for the way it was written THE SCRIPTURE OR THE WORD.

There are, at least, twenty-eight books mentioned in the Bible, but not included.

Chronicles of King Ahasuerus (Missing) Esther 2:23 And when inquisition was made of the matter, it was found out; therefore they were both hanged on a tree: and it was written in the book of the chronicles before the king.Esther 6:1 On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.

Chronicles of the Kings of Media and Persia (Missing)Esther 10:2 And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?

When you disect THE WORD it comes to life and secrets and things hidden are revealed, but if you dont allow the Holy Spirit within us to receive it the way it was written it is just words.

We also have to understand that the totality of the scripture was written before John wrote and completed the Book of Revelations, because if there is one thing for certain this book is the final book of Gods Word.

Because we compromise the Gospel of Jesus and it seems that even if we know the totality of scripture, it means nothing if you dont know Christ as your Lord and Savior who died on the cross for our sins so that in the flesh even though we may die and be persecuted and crucified in Jesus' name, we receive eternal life thru Gods grace and mercy thru the salvation of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

This is the type of Sound Doctrine Insight the disciples had along with the Gospel of Jesus and the spreading of the Good News about Jesus who they saw in the flesh do all he prophesied beyond their comprehension, but understood it at its completion.

The disciples saw the SOUND DOCTRINE IN THE FLESH DIE AND RAISE FROM THE DEAD, SO THEY PREACHED SOUND DOCTRINE UNTIL THEIR DEATH WHICH WAS A COMMAND TO BE FOLLOWED BY ALL OF GODS DISCIPLES UNTIL THIS VERY DAY! THE BIBLE IS OUR (B)ASIC (I)NSTRUCTIONS (B)EFORE (L)EAVING (E)ARTH BECAUSE IT CONTAINS THE TRUTH OF JESUS, THE ONLY TRUTH THAT CAN SOLIDIFY ETERNITY WITH GOD THE FATHER, GOD THE SON, AND GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT. ONCE WE TRULY UNDERSTAND THIS WE CAN IDENTIFY WITH THIS PORTION OF SCRIPTURE:

2 Timothy 3:16-17 reads, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Behold, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready?

Thunder & Lightning

New Posting!!!!!!!

I hope after you read this posting it will hit you like thunder and lightning in your soul. I have faith that it will. No man knows the hour or day when the rapture of the body of Christ will occur. But on a daily basis we see the Word of God being prophetically manifested and coming to pass at it was written. I have lived in NYC all my life and I have been watching the signs of the end. This year our summer has been met with alot of evening and overnight thunderstorms. I dont know if you have noticed the thunderous thunder and the magnificent flashes of lightning that accompany these terrential downpours that can sometimes produce large hail, tornadoes, dangerous winds, etc....

But it truly intrigued me when I heard the thunder and saw the lightning of recent days. It sparks something in my soul when I hear and see these creations of God. So I decided to find out if thunder and lightning was of any significance to God. I mean I am like David a man who is searching after Gods own heart. So with that being said I found in the Word of God................

EXODUS 19:19 MOSES SPOKE AND GOD ANSWERED HIM IN THUNDER.

1 SAMUEL 2:10 ... HE WILL THUNDER IN HEAVEN.

JOB 37:2-5 HEARKEN TO THE THUNDER OF HIS VOICE, AND THE RUMBLING THAT COMES FROM HIS MOUTH. UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN HE LETS IT GO,AND HIS LIGHTNING TO THE CORNERS OF THE EARTH. AFTER THE LIGHTNING HIS VOICE ROARS:HE THUNDERS WITH HIS MAJESTIC VOICE, AND HE DOES NOT RESTRAIN THE LIGHTNINGS WHEN HIS VOICE IS HEARD. GOD THUNDERS WONDROUSLY WITH HIS VOICE; HE DOES GREAT THINGS WHICH WE CANNOT COMPREHEND.

JOB 40:9 ... CAN YOU THUNDER WITH A VOICE LIKE HIS?

REVELATION 14:2 ... I HEARD A VOICE FROM HEAVEN, LIKE THE SOUND OF LOUD THUNDER.

JOHN 12.28 FATHER, GLORIFY YOUR NAME. THEN A VOICE CAME FROM HEAVEN SAYING, 'I HAVE GLORIFIED IT. AND I WILL GLORIFY IT AGAIN.' THE CROWD STANDING BY HEARD IT AND SAID THAT IT HAD THUNDERED. OTHERS SAID, 'AN ANGEL HAS SPOKEN TO HIM'. JESUS ANSWERED 'THIS VOICE HAS COME FOR YOUR SAKE, NOT FOR MINE'.

PSALMS 29:3-4 ... THE GOD OF GLORY THUNDERS... THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS POWERFUL, THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS FULL OF MAJESTY.

PSALMS 29;7-8 THE VOICE OF THE LORD FLASHES FORTH FLAMES OF FIRE. THE VOICE OF THE LORD SHAKES THE WILDERNESS.
